On this page, I list some the sources for baking hardware, flour, some cookbooks I like, and a few videos. I’ll add more resources over time.
- BakeryBits sells everything you need to bake bread, cakes, pizzas, and more. I’ve bought some hardware from them, and they have an excellent selection of flour.
- Matthews Cotswold Flour is an artisan flour mill about 30 miles from me. I’ve never visited, but I order their flour online. They had a very large selection of flour types, and much of the flour I use comes from them.
- Netherton Foundry makes the bread cloche pan I use which has greatly improved my baking.
- I use a KitchenAid Artisan Mixer to mix and knead my bread. Occasionally, I do this by hand, but the mixer makes a decent enough dough more easily.
